Protecting America's Waters

From the Chesapeake Bay to the Great Lakes, the Colorado River to the Puget Sound, our country's rivers, lakes and streams are critical to wildlife, our economy, and our way of life. These waterways provide people with clean water to drink and safe places to swim, boat and fish.

Over the last 10 years, Clean Water Act protections have been weakened, allowing polluters to dump without limit in the streams and wetlands that feed our great waterways. Congress is considering a bill right now that will restore Clean Water Act protections to all of America's waterways. Take action.
